The games company My.Games announces that it will invest 3.5 million euros in the PC and console play development studio The Breach Studios based on its investment fund My.Games Venture Capital (MGVC) in Barcelona.
This is part of My.Games International Expansion Strategy, which aims to consolidate the company’s position on the global game market. New studios are included in the My.Games ecosystem and supported there with expertise in the fields of publishing, marketing and game development.
The Breach Studios was founded in 2018 in Barcelona of industry veteranes, which would have the wishes to expand the boundaries of established genres with new and innovative ideas. They bring for years of experience that you have collected at Ubisoft, Gameloft and Take-Two Interactive Working on Titles like Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Ghost Recon Wildlands, The Crew 2, Gris, Bionic Commando and Asphalt 8: Airborne. Since its inception, the studio has already worked on numerous titles on different platforms and now turns to a new unannounced project – a cooperative PVE / PVP shooter for PC and consoles.
It is the latest investment by MGVC – the investment arm of My.Games – which is now one of the top 10 investors in the game industry *. Last year, investments were made in twelve playground studios and signed six investment deals in the first half of 2021. In total, MGVC’s partner network currently comprises over 40 development studios. With investments in new studios, My.Games continues to build his strategy of portfolio fluidization and gives the partner studios a solid impulse for business growth and product scaling.
With the investment in The Breach Studios Plant My.Games to expand the product portfolio on PC and consoles and expand its expertise in the genres of co-op and PVP shooters. My.Games’s portfolio includes an impressive selection of franchises in these genres, such as Warface, Left to Survive, Tacticool, was robots and many more.

By investing in the Breach Studios, My.Games acquired a minority interest. An expansion of the participation to a takeover is planned in perspective.
