While others may or may not celebrate Valentine’s Day today, the fans of Children of Morta have a completely different reason to celebrate. This RPG Hack-N-Slash Rogue-Lite acclaimed by Criticism of Dead Mage and 11-bit studios just published its 8th and last free update in their long free content roadmap. This is called the sanctuary of the community.

So what exactly brings this free update for Children of Morta, Fellowship Sanctuary? It introduces an online cooperation experience where players will be able to start with friends (and their valentine potential) from anywhere. You can consult their fast trailer and full of action with the cooperative experience below.

In addition to this new cooperative experience with Fellowship Sanctuary, anyone who did not play in Children of Morta can pick it up for free on Steam for a limited time. It is available now until February 18 at 10:00 am PST / 13 h 00 EST. And if you fall in love with the game, during the same period, Children of Morta will also be on sale on Steam. 65% discount on the basic game, 60% discount on the full edition that includes both the Paws and Claws charity and the new paid DLCs of the new character Ancient Spirits.

So far, this update is for Steam, but 11-bit studios expressed how hard Dead Mage works to offer the console and Gog players the same experiences as Steam players. There is no definite exit window, but this ad is sure to be just around the corner!
