The game Overwatch 2 will be released on October 4 in Free-to-Play format, announced Activision Blizzard in the Microsoft Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase. The October start of the shooter is actually an early access and at least two new heroes will appear in it-Sojourn and Junker Queen.

In continuation of Overwatch 2, at least two new cards (Toronto and New York), a new game mode called PUSH, as well as various changes in the heroes that have been in the beta testing since the beginning of 2022 will appear. In Overwatch 2, a new battle format 5 to 5 will also appear, which is already tested and used in Overwatch League.

On October 4, only PVP-component games will be available. Blizzard did not report the release date of the Overwatch 2 PVE unit, which is still under development. We will learn more details about the sequel of the heroic team shooter very soon, namely, on June 16, 2022.
