The Google Stadia game service will be closed in January 2023, just less than three years after its release.
The ambitious Stadia Cloud Service was released in November 2019. The reasonably small disclosed platform will be finally buried next year, January 18-Stadia Store has already been closed.
All Stadia devices, games and additional content purchased through Google Store will be fully credited around mid-January-of course, the equipment must be kept. The prices of Stadia Pro membership are not refunded, but it will no longer be billed in recent months. All employees who have been involved in Stadia are aimed at employing other Google projects.
